Retiring this Blog

It is time to retire the "Thoughts on IT Research blog."  It has been inactive now for some time and will remain so.  I have begun a new blog devoted to academic research on social media at http://socmediaacademicresearch.blogspot.com/ (short name: http://ow.ly/2fGTI) .  The purpose of that blog is to summarize new academic research on social media and explore the implications of this research for business managers. I'll be tracking the major academic journals in general management, marketing, information systems, psychology, organizational behavior, and innovation. I intend to post weekly.
